Strict tolerance control and ultra-precision machining processes ensure uniformity of tube wall thickness and consistency of wire diameter. Roll surfaces undergo special treatment to achieve high levels of surface finish – EDM electrical discharge machining can achieve Ra0.2 surface roughness, while polishing can achieve RA0.05, effectively reducing friction damage between materials and roll surfaces, greatly improving finished product surface quality.
